Erdogan to chair first meeting of new Turkish cabinet

ANKARA - President Tayyip Erdogan will chair the first meeting of Turkey's new cabinet on Wednesday, sources in his office said on Tuesday, moments after the new government team was announced.

Key figures in the economic management team, including Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Simsek, retained posts in the new cabinet, announced by new Prime Minister Binali Yildirim.
