The father of the 16-year-old teen who was indicted for the killing of Palestinian Aysha Rabi referred to it as an act of injustice, Ynet news reported on Thursday.

"We know that our son is innocent," he said. "The injustice cries out to heaven.""It would have been better if the indictment had not been submitted," the teen's defense attorney said. "The state has done an injustice and is pursuing Yeshiva Rahelim," he added.
