The death toll from the parking structure collapse in Tel Aviv rose to five after an additional body was found in the construction site's rubble on Friday morning. A team made up of rescuers from the Homefront Command and the ZAKA rescue and recovery organization found the body using a detection device and workers were in the process of removing it from the site.
