As sporadic blazes raged across Israel for a sixth day, a fire broke out in a shopping complex in the northern town of Zichron Ya'acov on Sunday afternoon.

A warehouse in the vicinity near Highway 4 reportedly went up in flames, causing billowing smoke and halting nearby traffic. Motorists have been urged to travel on alternative routes until visibility is cleared. No causalities were reported in the incident.  Police and firefighters were at the scene attempting to control the flames.
