Fire fighters were able to subdue the fire raging near Beit Shemesh and are hoping to put it out completely in the next few hours, Ynet reported.

The fire brought to the public’s attention that the entire fire fighting air-fleet is grounded due to a malfunction in all fuel tanks of the planes, Channel 12 reported. Residents of Beit Meir, who were evacuated earlier, are expected to return to their homes later today.
