An explosion and fire at a cafe in Ramle injured five people on Tuesday evening. Police initially believed that the explosion was caused by an exploded gas container but later said that the incident likely occurred as a result of a business dispute.

The cafe is on Yitzhak Sadeh street near the city's fruit and vegetable market.

Two of the injured suffered serious wounds, two were moderately injured and one suffered light injuries.
