Fliers have been distributed throughout haredi neighborhoods in Jerusalem to notify residents of the release of the mother accused of nearly starving her child to death. The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court decided on Friday afternoon to release the woman to house arrest until Sunday, when she will be sent for a psychiatric evaluation. The woman's detention sparked fierce haredi riots over the last few days.
