Arkia flight IZ821 to Eilat turned back to Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport on Saturday after the pilot discovered a malfunction in the aircraft's brakes. The plane will attempt an emergency landing. Emergency services are on the scene to assist after the plane, carrying 29 people, lands.
