Foreign Ministry: Israeli national wounded in Berlin market attack

An Israeli national was wounded after a truck rammed into a crowd killing at least 12 at a Christmas market in Berlin on Monday night, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.

Officials from the Israeli consulate in Germany were headed to the hospital where the Israeli is being treated. No further details regarding the identity of the wounded Israeli were released at the time.
