Former Israeli state comptroller dies at 82

Micha Lindenstrauss, a former Israeli state comptroller and judge, has died today at age 82, according to the state comptroller's spokesman.
Lindenstrauss was born in Berlin and immigrated with his family to Mandate Palestine before World War II.
During his tenure he initiated the "Bibi-tours" investigation, in which Prime Minister Netanyahu was accused of unethical conduct relating to expensive travels abroad.
