Former UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali has died, the Venezuelan UN ambassador has reported to the UN Security Council. Boutros-Ghali, born to a Coptic Christian family in Cairo, was UN Secretary-General from January 1992 to December 1996. He was 93-years-old.
