Four US military personnel being held by Libyan gov't

Four US military personnel were being held by the Libyan government as of Saturday morning, according to the US State Department.

The four were assigned to the US Embassy in Tripoli, and were believed to have been taken while looking into possible evacuation routes for diplomats, reported The New York Times on Saturday. The details of why or how they were detained remained unclear, and the incident was being investigated further by the State Department.
