Four dead, dozens hurt in accident between truck and bus near Kiryat Gat

Four people were killed and some 20 injured in an accident between a bus and a truck on Road 6 north of Kiryat Gat, a United Hatzalah rescue service spokesman reported Sunday.

The truck overturned and the driver was lightly hurt. The four people who died in the accident were passengers of the bus.

Two of the casualties were moderately injured and were evacuated by helicopter to Ichilov hospital. Emergency services were evacuating the other injured people, who had been hurt to varying degrees.
