Four Palestinian protesters were injured after a violent disturbance broke out near the Ofer security prison in the West Bank Tuesday.

The rioters were injured by rubber bullets during the protest for Palestinian hunger strikers, Spokeswoman for the Popular Struggle Coordination Committee Abir Kopty reported.

Some 150 Palestinian rioters hurled rocks at soldiers, who responded with riot dispersal means, an army spokesman said. The IDF is looking into reports of further injuries.
