President Donald Trump said he would consider pardoning Paul Manafort, the former campaign chairman for the president in an interview with Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt. “He [Trump] mentioned pardoning Manafort,” Earhardt told Patrick Hannity, an American talk show host, on Wednesday night. Manafort was found guilty on Tuesday of eight of the 18 charges he faced in a case of bank and tax fraud. Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, was also convicted. He pleaded guilty to tax evasion, bank fraud and campaign finance violations on Wednesday.
