PARIS - French warplanes struck a command center on Sunday night belonging to troops loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, a French armed forces spokesman said on Monday."(There were) strikes on a command center 10 kM (six miles) south of the Tripoli suburbs on the night of the 27th and 28th," spokesman Thierry Burkhard said.
