IDF Southern Commander Yoav Gallant commented on the recommendation for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's indictment, on Army Radio on Sunday. 'Netanyahu should not resign, Israel has a presumption of innocence for every person,' Gallant said. 'In this matter me and Moshe Kahlon disagree.'
