Othman Rami Khilas, a 15-year-old Palestinian, was killed by IDF sniper fire near Gaza city, the Hamas-affiliated Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reported Friday.

Khilas was taken to Shifa Hospital in Gaza where he died. Twenty-five other Palestinians were wounded, one critically.
