PARIS - Germany's foreign minister said on Tuesday he was planning to go to Iran after major powers agreed a deal over Iran's nuclear program. 'I will certainly travel to Iran, but I don't have concrete travel plans yet,' Frank-Walter Steinmeier told reporters.
