Gideon Sa'ar: Gantz is not fit to be PM, military past is irrelevant

Former minister Gideon Sa’ar claimed that Benny Gantz, former IDF chief of staff and leader of the new party Israel Resilience, does not have the abilities to succeed as prime minister in an interview on Army Radio on Wednesday morning.
"He has not sat even once in a Knesset plenum," Sa'ar said. "His military past is irrelevant."
Gantz unveiled his Israel Resilience party's platform in his first speech since entering Israeli politics on Tuesday evening.
Naftali Bennett, Education Minister and leader of the New Right party, also weighed in on his opinion of Gantz's abilities on Army Radio, saying,"The last time Gantz and Ya'alon were together it ended very badly - 30 terrorist tunnels."
"Gantz spoke very well, but he is very weak. The new Left was born yesterday," Bennett concluded.
