Golan Telecom told The Jerusalem Post on Monday that its Unlimited Plan for NIS 99 a month now includes Jordanian and Palestinian phone numbers.

It allows up to “100 minutes to Jordanian numbers (landlines + mobiles) & Palestinian networks (Jawwal, Wataniya & Paltel),” a representative of the Israeli telecom company said in an email. The move seems to be a strategy to get Israeli Arabs to join the network.
