"Palestinian prisoners are not for bargaining," Political bureau member of Hamas Ezzet al-Resheq said on Wednesday.

Writing in a statement on his Facebook page, al-Resheq commented on the Israeli decision to free 104 prisoners to resume negotiations with the Palestinian Authority in Washington.

He stated that the liberation of prisoners as means to resume that "only serves the Israeli occupation’s schemes."
