Khaled Mashaal, the leader of Hamas, railed against Jews being allowed to visit the Temple Mount, in a televised interview with Sky News.

"Allowing Jews to go up to al-Aksa mosque is dangerous," Mashaal said.

Turning to politics, Mashaal continued to criticize the policy of allowing Jews to go on the Temple Mount, even though they are expressly forbidden from praying there in any form, as enforced by Border Police.

"Netanyahu is turning this national struggle into a religious one," he said.
