Health Ministry: Sewage overflow makes sea bathing risky

It is dangerous to bathe in the Mediterranean Sea after the heavy rains, the Health Ministry warned on Sunday.

Because the sewage pipes were unable to handle the runoff, some waste matter has entered the sea near the coast. There, bathing is harmful until further notice, the ministry said.
