Health Ministry: Try to stay cool in heat wave through August 5

It will be very hot in most of the country from July 30 through August 5, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

Elderly, chronically ill and babies should be protected from exposure to the heat and sun and avoid unnecessary physical activity. One should drink water regularly even when not thirsty and stay, whenever possible, in air conditioned rooms.
