Heavy rains caused intermittent outages in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikvah, Raanana, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon and Tel Mond on Sunday evening according to the Israel Electric Corporation. Customers also reported outages in other cities throughout the country's center and south.
