Herzog shuts door on unity government - 'Time to send Netanyahu H-O-M-E!'

Zionist Union chief and opposition leader Isaac Herzog sought to squash any talk of his party joining Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's rightist coalition on Sunday.
The Israeli political establishment has been abuzz with speculation that Herzog is angling for a seat in Netanyahu's government despite fierce opposition from his party's faction.
During an appearance before the Labor Party central committeee, Herzog assailed Netanyahu and dismissed any possibility of a unity government.
"This is a government that needs to be replaced today," he said. "It should not be lent a hand or a life raft. It needs to be replaced today, tomorrow, as soon as possible. Benjamin Netanyahu needs to be replaced. It's time to send him home. H-O-M-E!"
