Labor MK Hilik Bar said on Wednesday he will not run in the upcoming Labor elections but will remain in the party. Bar intends to form a civic body that will promote a peaceful resolution of the century-long Arab-Israeli conflict. 'To manage the conflict for perpetuity is destined to fail,' he said. 'The price of continuing this conflict will always be very high.'
