A 10-year-old boy was seriously injured Sunday after an alleged hit-and-run accident in Elad. A police spokesperson said that the boy was crossing the street at the crosswalk when he was hit. The offending driver reportedly stopped for a moment, and then fled the scene. Magen David Adom paramedics from the Yarkon branch rushed the boy to the Bilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva for treatment.
