A 26 year old Kfar Baruch man suspected of killing a bicyclist in an earlier hit and run accident turned himself into Haifa police Saturday, reported Israel Radio.

Shnir Heshin, 43, of Tel Aviv was killed in the accident which occurred Saturday morning on Highway Five near Rosh Haayin. Heshin is the son of High Court Judge Mishel Heshin.

The suspect, Tal Mor, has a criminal record.  He claims he fled the accident because he was scared and that he was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
