Hof HaCarmel Regional Council instructed its bomb sheltered to be opened after IDF forces began striking Hamas targets in Gaza on Monday afternoon. The strikes are in retaliation to a morning Hamas rocket that hit a family home near Kfar Saba. Hof HaCarmel Regional Council joined Tel Aviv, Beersheba and Rishon Lezion who made a similar decision earlier on Monday.
