IAF commander: Shaky Syria regime has a 'massive arsenal'

Israel Air Force commander Maj.-Gen. Amir Eshel on Tuesday warned that Syria, in possession of a "massive arsenal" of conventional and non-conventional weapons, is in a state of collapse and nobody knows what will happen once the regime is ousted.
Speaking at the Ilan Ramon International Space Conference in Herzliya, Eshel said that Syria's partially "advanced and modern" arsenal, stationed "directly on our borders," served as a "major challenge."
