The IDF launched an airstrike over the Gaza Strip on Wednesday morning, targeting rocket launching sites in northern Gaza, the IDF released in a statement.The statement said the IAF attacked during the night in response to earlier missiles fired at Israel. It also said that Hamas, who are a known terrorist organization and the governing body of the Gaza Strip, are behind earlier rocket-fire.The IDF says they will thwart any attempt to harm Israeli citizens or IDF soldiers.
