Thirty-nine rockets and mortars have been fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, IDF spokeswoman Avital Leibovich said Sunday morning.One Israeli man was killed when he was struck by shrapnel from a Grad rocket in Ashkelon Saturday night.
