IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot will be undergoing a medical procedure at Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva in the next few days, a senior officer said on Monday. Eisenkot, whose health is otherwise fine, will be temporarily replaced by Maj.-Gen. Yair Golan while he will be hospitalized for the next few days following the procedure.
