IDF dispatched combat helicopters to stop five unidentified para-gliders

According to an IDF spokesperson, this morning, a pair of IDF helicopter gunships were dispatched following a report on five unknown motorized para-gliders flying in the skies of Carmiel without coordination and in violation of the civil aviation laws in the State of Israel.

The case was reported to the Israel Police, who were waiting for them on the ground, in favor of filing complaints against them.

Violation of civil aviation laws constitutes a safety hazard and must be followed in accordance with the laws of flight and procedures in the State of Israel.
