The military said on Thursday that checkpoints have been placed at the entrances of several towns and villages in the South Hebron hills, according to an IDF statement.

Palestinian security sources also reported that IDF soldiers erected a checkpoint at the entrance of Dahariya near Hebron, and set-up a roadblock leading to the Arab village of as-Samu.

The statement added that IDF soldiers detained a vehicle belonging to a Palestinian suspect following a security check.
