The IDF launched a new website on Sunday with easily accessible information and exclusive content about the army.

Visitors to the website will be able to access a large database of articles, pictures, videos. They will also be able to find all announcements made by the IDF Spokesman, information about the army’s strategies, as well as the army’s official magazine, BaMachane. The magazine printed its final edition in late December, to be “more compatible with the present era,” the army said.

All content is downloadable.

There is additional part of the website is for reserve soldiers as well as another part of the site for new enlistees which has various sections with information for enlistees and their parents, frequently asked questions, and the various roles one can pursue during their service.

Another part of the website, which is due to launch in the coming weeks, will be exclusively for IDF soldiers to allow them to view their personal information and exchange messages.
