Some 650 armed IDF soldiers will be deployed at checkpoints across the country Sunday morning in order to enforce the new emergency regulations, Walla reported.
According to Walla, eight companies will be deployed on city entrances in order to assist police forces and create deterrence. If Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announces a full state-wide lockdown, some 3,600 soldiers will join police.
