IDF strikes in the Gaza Strip

IAF fighter jets strike terrorist targets in Gaza Strip, IDF Spokesperson unit said Saturday morning.

Islamic Jihad fired 30 rockets on southern Israel overnight, in retaliation, the IDF struck 80 targets in Gaza.

Five rockets were fired on southern Israel Saturday morning and four were intercepted by Iron Dome, IDF Spokesperson unit said.

Hamas rockets fired on Israel Friday night were "directed from Damascus and the Iranian Quds Force," IDF Spokesperson Ronen Manelis said during a press conference Saturday morning.

"Clear messages were delivered to those who needed that delivery," he said, "nobody is immuned, not in the Gaza Strip nor outside of it."
