IDF wounds Palestinian near Gaza separation fence

IDF soldiers fired on a Palestinian who attempted  to vandalize the separation fence between Gaza and Israel on Monday morning in the northern Gaza Strip an IDF spokesperson confirmed. The individual was wounded by the fire when the IDF attempted to distance him and a number of other of Palestinians from the fence, the spokesperson said.   

Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported on Monday that a Palestinian farmer was wounded by Israeli fire when he was picking watermelons.
