ISIS gains full control of Iraqi city Ramadi

BAGHDAD - Islamic State said its fighters had taken full control over the Iraqi city of Ramadi on Sunday after overrunning a military base on the edge of the western provincial capital.

In a statement, the group said it had seized tanks and killed "dozens of apostates," referring to Iraqi security forces.
