Nisim Pines has been accused of committing three counts of rape against a 12-year-old girl with Down's syndrome, Israel Radio reported Thursday.

According to the indictment, Pines led the girl to the cafe in downtown Jerusalem, dragged her into the bathroom, committed rape and from there fled. The prosecution is considering indicting Pines also for indecent behavior against another 14-year-old girl.
