Infant boy in serious condition after nearly drowning in Lower Galilee

A 15-month-old infant was rushed to hospital in serious condition in Afula on Friday after nearly drowning.
Paramedics were called to an emergency in the Lower Galilee town of Yavne'el, where the infant boy lost consciousness. He was administered CPR and regained consciousness.
Medical officials said on Friday that the infant's condition had stabilized. After initially rushed to Emek Medical Center in Afula, he was later transferred to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.
