Initial reports: One hurt in Munich metro shooting

At least one person was wounded in a shooting incident at a metro station in the German city of Munich on Tuesday, according to initial reports.

Police have secured the area, the German police announced on Twitter, and a police spokeswoman said that "there is no danger to the public."

Police later said German authorities initially estimated that terrorism was not a motive in the incident, according to Bavarian Radio.
