Iran's vice president will visit Egypt on Wednesday in what will be the first time in decades a high-ranking Iranian official has visited the country, according to Egyptian state-run daily Al Ahram.

Iranian Vice President Hamid Baghaei is set to deliver an invitation for Egyptian President Morsy to attend a Non-Aligned Movement summit meeting later this month in Tehran, Al Ahram reported.
