Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif urged the P5+1 world powers on Friday to seize the 'opportunity' in nuclear talks created by President Hassan Rouhani. 'Rouhani offers an opportunity that must not be missed:too much is at stake,' Zarif said on Twitter.
