Israel Railways CEO fights his dismissal

By JERUSALEM POST STAFF
Following intentions to dismiss Israel Railways CEO Shahar Ayalon, his lawyers sent a letter to the board of directors saying Ayalon’s dismissal is “the culmination of a ‘dance of demons’” that has been taking place in recent days, behind which is chairman of the board Dan Harel.
Earlier in the week, it was announced that Ayalon would step down following a string of problems with services and recent quarterly losses of hundreds of millions of shekels.
