Israeli security forces arrested 24 Hamas operatives before dawn on Tuesday in what is being described as a significant anti-terror dragnet in the West Bank town of Kalkilya. The operation was conducted jointly by the Israel Defense Forces, the Israel Police, and the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet).
