Israeli security forces will re-open the Gaza border fishing area on Friday and expand it to 12 miles from the beach, according to the Coordination Unit for Government Activities in the Territories

"This step is part of the civilian policy of preventing humanitarian deterioration in the Gaza Strip and of a policy that distinguishes between terrorism and the uninvolved population," the COGAT said.
